When you sign up or log in using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID. We do not receive your Google password. We also collect basic usage data such as login timestamps and plan status.
We use your information solely to operate MACDSignals — to authenticate your account, manage your subscription, and send transactional emails (welcome, trial reminders, payment receipts). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your account data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL). Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is HTTP-only and expires after 24 hours. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@macdsignals.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.
